Overview: The Business Applications and Integrations team maintains the applications and integrations for a wide variety of business functions. These applications and integrations are critical to the company’s ability to do business and support our customers. We also work closely with all departments to create innovative applications design solutions that meet all business requirements. We are seeking an experienced Mulesoft Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using the Mulesoft platform. The role requires someone with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of integration patterns, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Mulesoft platform components including API Manager, Runtime Manager, AnyPoint Studio, Dataweave and AnyPoint MQ.
- Ensure error-handling, observability, monitoring and continuity of the integrations, and troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
- Lead technical design sessions and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Mulesoft and related technologies
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years focused on Mulesoft
- Strong knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API management, flow design, and data transformation
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, RAML, and Anypoint Studio
- Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Mulesoft Developer certification (MCD)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in leading integration projects
